Your first visit is all about getting to know you, your goals, and your skin, so we can recommend treatments that deliver natural, confident results.
Before Your First Appointment
To help your visit go smoothly, please complete all necessary new patient paperwork ahead of time. If you are unable to finish it beforehand or need assistance, simply arrive several minutes early and our friendly team will be happy to help.
It is also helpful to bring a list of any medications, supplements, and skincare products you currently use, along with details about any previous aesthetic treatments such as fillers, lasers, or microneedling.
What to Expect at Your Consultation
During your first visit, we will review your medical history and any previous treatments, then talk through your aesthetic or wellness goals. Next, your provider will perform an evaluation of the areas you would like to address, whether that is skin laxity, texture, pigmentation, redness, stubborn fat, or hair thinning.
Many of our services can be customized to your individual needs. Your provider will explain the options that best target your concerns, which may include:
- Non-surgical skin tightening such as XERF or Exion Face
- Resurfacing and scar treatments like eCO2 fractional laser and acne scar treatment
- Body sculpting with EmSculpt NEO
- Regenerative therapies including PRP and bio stimulators and dermal fillers
Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan. This is the perfect time to ask questions, discuss expected results and downtime, and voice any concerns you may have.
Scheduling Your Treatment
If you decide to move forward after your initial consultation, we can schedule your treatment appointment right away. Some patients are able to begin treatment the same day, depending on the procedure and their evaluation.

What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring your completed new patient forms, a photo ID, and a list of current medications, supplements, and skincare products, along with details of any previous aesthetic treatments.
How long does a new patient consultation take?
Most consultations take about 30 to 60 minutes, which allows time to review your history, evaluate your concerns, and discuss a personalized treatment plan.
Can I receive treatment on the same day as my consultation?
In many cases, yes. Depending on the treatment and your evaluation, same-day treatment may be possible. Your provider will let you know during your visit.
Do I need to stop any medications or products before my visit?
Some treatments require pausing certain products, such as retinoids or blood thinners, beforehand. Our team will give you specific pre-treatment instructions once your plan is determined.
What if I am not sure which treatment is right for me?
That is exactly what the consultation is for. Your provider will evaluate your skin or body and recommend the options best suited to your goals, budget, and lifestyle.
What are your office hours for new patients?
CGO Med Aesthetics is open Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 7 PM and closed on Sunday.
