I was so lucky to have CGO pop up on my Instagram feed. I was interested in XERF but believed it was probably too good to be true. Turns out, it’s not. I’ve referred all of my friends for XERF and believe it’s far superior to any other treatments I’ve been getting thus far. Dr Connie has had XERF the longest in San Diego and has the most experience with thousands of treatments. I’m not even 3 months out and I’m already seeing amazing results in my face and neck. I have been seeing Dr. Connie Orem for a couple years now and my experience was exceptional from start to finish with every session.  Dr. Orem is incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and genuinely cares about creating natural, beautiful results. She took the time to explain every step, customize my treatment plan, and make sure I felt completely comfortable. She gave me the most natural-looking results—exactly what I was hoping for. I love that she focuses on subtle enhancements, skin rejuvenation, and personalized treatment plans, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. I've tried most of her treatments because she has the latest machines with the latest technology for almost immediate results just after one session. We've done the emsella to tighten my kegels,  neo emsculpt for muscle definition, RF micro needling to help with my texture and collagen production, emface to tighten, Agnes for texture and sweating, nouva derm for skin tone and hair restoration around my hairline, aerolase for my hyperpigmentation and exomind for anxiety and brain fog!

I have been looking for a provider for a while and am so happy to have found Dr. Connie. Not only are her prices very reasonable in contrast to local competitors, but also I appreciate that she is a board certified physician. More than that, she put me completely at ease with thorough explanations and recommendations that didn’t make me feel as if she was trying to upsell me on unnecessary procedures. And the three procedures I did have (Xerf, Aerolase, and Letybo injections), I am very pleased with the results. They improved my appearance while still looking natural. I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Connie Orem. I scheduled an RF microneedling session, and upon my arrival, she provided a warm welcome and immediately established a comfortable atmosphere. We thoroughly reviewed the procedure, and she administered a topical anesthetic, which ensured a pain-free experience. She facilitated a remarkably comfortable process and dedicated additional time to address all of my skincare inquiries before, during, and after my session. Although I am not a local resident, I specifically chose CGO after a productive phone consultation with her. I am extremely pleased with my decision. I had the AquaFirme Exosome Facial, and it was such a great experience. Connie walked me through everything step by step and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. The exfoliation was super thorough but totally painless - no irritation!  Adding Exosome to my skin felt so wonderful.  I almost fell asleep during the treatment.  My skin felt refreshed and glowing right away, and even after few days, my skin still feels so wonderful.
